Spiritual Transition and Succession

After the Oracle of Water has stepped aside or passed away, believers in the Sacred Cave of the Rolling Water Bottle go through a careful process to appoint a new leader. This is a sacred and significant event that requires careful consideration and spiritual guidance.

The process starts with a gathering of the members of the Joint Council for Spiritual Guidance, also known as the Spirit Guides. This council is made up of experienced and dedicated members who have shown dedication and insight over the years. Together they seek divine guidance and reflect on the qualities and characteristics required of a worthy leader.

Believers throughout the community are also encouraged to make suggestions and thoughts about who might be a suitable successor. This allows for broad participation and opens up insights from all corners of the faith.

A series of ritual ceremonies and meditations are performed to seek the Rolling Water Bottle's guidance in the selection process. Many believers, including experienced leaders and Akvavituar (priests), participate in these ceremonies to receive divine insight and wisdom.

Finally, through a collective decision and divine inspiration, the new leader of the Sacred Cave is chosen. The chosen one is formally initiated through a sacred ceremony, where they receive power and blessing from the Rolling Water Bottle and are recognized as the Sage of Water, rightful successor of the Oracle of Water.

The new leader takes on the responsibility with humility, wisdom and dedication, and they are guided by the beliefs and principles laid down by the Oracle of Water. This ensures a continuity of spiritual leadership and conformity with the sacred teachings of the Sacred Cave of the Rolling Water Bottle.
